Born and raised outside of Detroit, Michigan I relocated to Southern California in 2001 to begin college.  I received an AA in Liberal Arts from Goldenwest College and then transferred to California State University Long Beach where I graduated with a BS in Liberal Studies (including a concentration in Geography.)

I have worked in the auto industry selling aftermarket parts, worked for a nation wide jewelry chain (doing everything from selling, customer service and quality control to setting diamonds) and most recently I work for a large sporting goods retailer.

The three things I am most passionate about in life are friendship, food and sports.  I have participated and competed in nearly every popular sport and quite a few not so popular sports.  From archery to duckpin bowling, curling to ultimate frisbee.  If you can compete at it, I'd love to try it.
